We assess what a regeneration pathway earns, what it costs and what it exposes you to: technical risk, execution risk, reputational risk. We pay particular attention to the irreducible uncertainty of any strategy that works with living systems, and to the real capacity of teams, value chains and farmers to see a change of practice through.
Where a strategy is already under way, the same work turns to effectiveness: what the programme is delivering, what is holding it back, what needs revising.
Our work rests on usable tools rather than settled conclusions, so that they can be revised and adapted as the situation moves and the decision support keeps getting sharper.

We design architectures in which private capital, public funding, European funds and philanthropic resources each step in at the stage where they are relevant, so that every phase of a project on the ground is covered — above all the most fragile ones.
Investment thesis, business plan, blended finance structuring and landscape-scale design: it is the materiality of the impact that drives the financial structure, not the other way round. We work in particular on landscape-scale arrangements, where several players who depend on the same territory jointly fund what none of them could make pay on its own.
A financing plan only holds if it finds the people to carry it: we work with you to identify the technical partners, the solutions available and the funders. We do the same for innovation ecosystems looking for a market.

We turn a strategy into a dated roadmap: milestones, owners, decision points. In a coalition — value chains, local authorities, funders, farmers — that roadmap is first of all a governance design: what role, what resources and what return for each party, who decides what, by when, and who settles disagreements.
We train the teams who will own the subject once the assignment ends, and build the monitoring they need to measure its effects — from a decarbonisation strategy to more systemic, territory-wide approaches.
