Given the nature and volume of the processing involved, no data protection officer has been appointed.

What we collect, and why

Browsing the site. Technical connection and browsing data — pages viewed, time spent, referrer, device type — collected in aggregate form by the analytics tools built into Wix. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used, or your consent where the measurement relies on non-exempt cookies. Retention: 13 months at most.

Contact by email. Name, email address and the content of your message. Legal basis: your own initiative and our legitimate interest in replying. Retention: three years from our last exchange.

Booking a meeting. Name, email address, subject of the meeting and the slot chosen, collected through Cal.com. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request. Retention: three years from the meeting.

Access to the licensed calculators. Email address, encrypted password, the licence you hold and access dates. Legal basis: performance of the licence contract. Retention: the term of the licence, then the limitation period applicable to contractual and accounting obligations. The data you enter into a calculator is neither transmitted to nor stored on this site: it stays on your own machine, and you alone export it and load it back.

Blog comments, where applicable. Name and the content of the comment, published on your own responsibility. Legal basis: your consent. Retention: until you ask for deletion.

Who your data is shared with

Your data is never sold, transferred or used for advertising.

It is processed by the technical providers strictly necessary to run the site: Wix.com Ltd. for hosting and site tools; Cal.com, Inc. for meeting bookings; and our business email provider for correspondence.

Some of these providers are established outside the European Union, or use infrastructure located outside Europe. The corresponding transfers rely on the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission, or on an equivalent recognised mechanism.

Cookies

The site sets cookies that are necessary for it to work — keeping your session, your language choice, security. These cookies do not require your consent.

Analytics cookies, and any other non-essential cookie, are set only after you agree, through the banner shown on your first visit. You can change your choice at any time from that same banner or from your browser settings. Refusing these cookies does not prevent you from using the site. Cookies are kept for no more than 13 months, and your choice is kept for the same period.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability and the right to give instructions as to what becomes of your data after your death.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to the licensed calculators is individual and password-protected. Sharing credentials between users is a breach of the licence contract.
